Original MOFA Joins the "Skin Health Journey: Building a Healthy Ecosystem" Initiative to Provide Comprehensive Support for Patients

October 27, 2024 – The launch of the "Skin Health Journey: Building a Healthy Ecosystem" initiative, organized by the Association for Health Promotion and Education and Leo Pharma, took place today. This significant event brings together Medical Experts, Patient Group, Pharma Company, and Internet companies in the field of skin health, aiming to enhance public understanding through public educational outreach, free consultations, and academic exchanges, all while providing holistic support for individuals with skin conditions.

As a dedicated ecological partner, Original MOFA is proud to donate specially designed garments to patients through the Psoriasis Patient Mutual Aid Organization. These garments cater to the daily needs of those affected by psoriasis and other skin diseases, featuring thoughtful attributes like anti-static, antibacterial, and deodorizing properties—perfect for the comfort and care required during the autumn and winter months.

Comprehensive Care for Patients

During the launch event, Wang Lingling, Vice President of the Association for Health Promotion and Education, highlighted the growing importance of chronic disease prevention and control. As skin health issues gain more attention, there remains a significant gap in public awareness regarding their prevention and treatment. This initiative seeks to mobilize resources across various sectors to promote skin health education, particularly in communities where skin diseases are prevalent, empowering patients with the knowledge they need for effective protection and treatment.

By collaborating with the Psoriasis Patient Mutual Aid Organization, Original MOFA demonstrates its commitment to building a supportive health ecosystem. The garments, made from baby-grade A-class cotton, are designed to enhance comfort and safety, minimizing skin irritation while providing a better daily care experience. Original MOFA aims to share warmth and support through these tangible actions, ensuring patients feel cared for in their everyday lives.

Effective treatment is a long-term endeavor that requires collaboration among patients, doctors, and society. Strengthening educational outreach and medical services will better guide patients in preventing and managing skin diseases, ultimately improving their quality of life.

Standardized Treatment as a Foundation for Success

The "Skin Health Journey" initiative will continue through 2024 and 2025, reaching various regions with expert lectures, public consultations, patient support activities, and educational material distribution. This outreach aims to raise awareness about the importance of skin health while equipping people with knowledge for daily prevention and management. During the event's roundtable discussion, experts, business representatives, and patient advocates explored how to collaboratively create a multi-layered, comprehensive ecosystem for skin health, leveraging collective efforts to enhance education and support for those affected.
