Job Description

We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Business Sales Executives to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, offer tailored solutions, and build long-term relationships that contribute to the company's success.

Responsibilities

  • Sales and Revenue Generation. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed individual and team sales targets. Present and promote products or services to prospective clients in a compelling and professional manner.
  • Client Relationship Management. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs and delivering exceptional service. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Strategic Planning and Analysis. Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to identify business opportunities. Use insights and data to refine sales strategies and enhance client engagement.
  • Performance Monitoring. Track and report on sales metrics, including KPIs, to measure performance and identify areas for improvement. Provide regular updates to management on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts.
  • Collaboration and Coordination. Work closely with marketing, product, and customer support teams to align strategies and deliver a seamless customer experience. Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Education: College and above
  • Working Experience: 3+ years of working experience

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Business Sales Executives or in a similar sales role, with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.
  • Strategic thinker with analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive sales environment.
