Job Description

The Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and achieving company objectives by developing and implementing strategic sales plans. The role involves managing a high-performing sales team, building strong client relationships, and optimizing the entire sales process to maximize revenue and profitability.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals.
  • Identify and capitalize on market opportunities and trends.
  • Set and monitor sales targets and team performance.
  • Recruit, train, and manage the sales team.
  • Motivate, coach, and develop team members to achieve sales goals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure long-term partnerships.
  • Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics and KPIs to assess performance.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to refine strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Develop sales budgets and forecasts and monitor expenditures.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align sales strategies with business goals.
  • Report sales performance and forecasts to senior management and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Education: College and above
  • Working Experience: 3+ years of working experience

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Business Sales Executives or in a similar sales role, with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients
  • Strategic thinker with analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics and KPIs
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive sales environment
