Job Description
The Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and achieving company objectives by developing and implementing strategic sales plans. The role involves managing a high-performing sales team, building strong client relationships, and optimizing the entire sales process to maximize revenue and profitability.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals.
- Identify and capitalize on market opportunities and trends.
- Set and monitor sales targets and team performance.
- Recruit, train, and manage the sales team.
- Motivate, coach, and develop team members to achieve sales goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure long-term partnerships.
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics and KPIs to assess performance.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to refine strategies.
- Stay updated on industry developments and adjust strategies as needed.
- Develop sales budgets and forecasts and monitor expenditures.
- Collaborate with other departments to align sales strategies with business goals.
- Report sales performance and forecasts to senior management and stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Education: College and above
- Working Experience: 3+ years of working experience
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Sales Executives or in a similar sales role, with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients
- Strategic thinker with analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Understanding of sales performance metrics and KPIs
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive sales environment
